Cass Townsend
While it is often said, "Do not judge a book by its cover.” Any author knows this sentiment is often not true. Cass is a freelance graphic designer and artist from the United States. What started as a hobby when she was young evolved into a full-time career after she was diagnosed with dysautonomia and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in her third year of nursing school.
Cass has worked with multiple #1 New York Times Bestsellers, USA Today Bestsellers, self-published and independent authors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her furry companions, sipping on an iced latte, and fostering future service dogs before they are placed at children’s hospitals across the country.

Nguyet Minh Coleman
Minh is a research scientist turned stay-at-home mom/owner of The Bean Workshop. Born and raised in Vietnam, her favorite foods are banh mi and boba tea.
Her favorite book genre has always been fantasy. Her designs (Writers Quadrant and Readers Quadrant) were inspired by her kids and the lack of sleep as a mom to her newborn.
Sparrow & Wilde
Erin is the owner of Sparrow & Wilde, a shop specializing in officially licensed bookish apparel, accessories, and temporary tattoos. She loves creating designs with subtle “if you know, you know” nods that let readers bring their favorite stories to life. Erin also loves connecting with fellow readers and bookish business owners at events, where she sells her merch and applies temporary tattoos for guests.
In 2025, Erin left her job as a CPA to run Sparrow & Wilde full-time — a decision that lets her blend creativity with her business background. When she’s not designing or running the business, she can be found exploring Colorado’s beauty with her husband through hiking, paddleboarding, or camping.
