Ordering

Are your drops limited?

No. We may retire designs that are less popular at some point down the road, but for now, everything you see will remain in the shop as long as the items are in stock.

Are your products size inclusive?

We are creating as many of our items as possible in sizes from XS to 5XL, and will continue to add additional sizes for as many designs as we are able.

How do you choose your prices?

All items are competitively priced within the bookish goods realm and based on the costs at Printful, our print-on-demand vendor.

Will you be dropping new designs?

We will! We are working on new products and designs, so keep an eye on our social media for new drops.

Can I submit my design ideas or a portfolio for consideration?

We are not accepting submissions for designs as we have lots of our own design ideas that have been percolating for a long time, but we thank you so much for your interest!

Will you ever sell signed books in the shop?

No, but we will occasionally have bookplates drops, so keep an eye on Rebecca’s social media for more information.

When is the next bookplate drop?

We will announce on social media when there is another bookplate drop coming, but we try to do them a few times a year.

What is the Ehlers-Danlos Society and why are you donating to them?

The Ehlers-Danlos Society is a global organization dedicated to advancing and accelerating research and education in Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD). They “support the development of effective and equitable EDS and HSD therapies and work collaboratively to improve the lives of individuals affected by EDS and HSD.” Their vision is to “create a world in which each person living with the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and hypermobility spectrum disorders has the right treatment and care at the right time for their specific needs.”

Rebecca, several of her children, and some members of Team Yarros have EDS (as does Violet in the Empyrean series!), so it’s a cause that we are passionate about supporting!

Shipping

What is the average shipping time?

Shipping time is noted on each item’s page. Please note that Printful makes each item on demand, so it may take a bit longer to deliver than stores that keep merchandise in stock. But making products on demand helps reduce overproduction, which is important to us!

When will international shipping be available?

We are starting with a slow roll out in the US, but we are actively working on expanding merch internationally! While we don’t have a timeline yet, we will share on social media when we do.

Refunds & Returns

What do I do if my order is wrong or misprinted?

Please email merch@rebeccayarros.com with clear photos and a detailed description of the wrong item or the misprint so we can best assist you.

Can I return my item?

Our apparel and apparel accessories products are made to order, so in most cases we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with our order, please contact us at merch@rebeccayarros.com.
